About the Artist

The artist was born in a small, romantic, and historic town called Falticeni from North Romania.

She was constantly fascinated by the magic between light, colors and spaces from her childhood following a pure talent inherited from her grandfather who was an artist as well.

She moved to Orlando, Florida at the end of 2006 as her destiny brought her together with writer and publisher Roger Simmermaker.

Antonela has been sharing her talent and gifts to other people with a lot of giving, combining her love for painting, writing and psychology making her own life style. She says these areas complement each other and represent an endless source of imagination and positive energies for her.

Her first success in America was when she was selected by the Orlando Museum of Art and Science to display her art work "A Song of Love at Paris" at the "Moulin Rouge" exhibition which spoke about her talent, elegance and giving in painting.

She uses multiple mediums in her work including oils, acrylics, water colors, pastels, tempera, pensil, and collage, among others in realistic, impressionistic and beyond boundaries styles. She also loves graphic art. Member of OMA( Orlando Museum of Art) as her work is currently on display in private collections nationally and internationally as Romania, Italy, Spain, France, Sweden and Israel.
